MIZMA TRAVEL AND TOURS SDN. BHD. 1. Booking & Confirmation * All bookings are subject to availability. * A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. * Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airline fare adjustments, fuel surcharges, taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier revisions. 2. Payment Terms * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. * Full payment must be made before the payment deadline stated in the invoice or quotation. * Failure to make payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking. 3. Cancellation Policy * All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. * Cancellation charges will apply according to the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. * Any non-refundable deposits, visa fees, insurance premiums, and processing fees will not be refunded. 4. Amendments * Any request to change travel dates, passenger names, or itinerary is subject to availability and supplier approval. * Amendment fees may apply in addition to any fare or service differences. 5. Travel Documents * Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport, visa, vaccination certificates (if required), and any other necessary travel documents. * Passports should have at least six (6) months' validity from the date of return unless otherwise required by the destination country. * The agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents. 6. Travel Insurance * Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. * The agency is not liable for any losses arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. 7. Flight Schedule Changes * Airlines may change flight schedules without prior notice. * The agency will assist in communicating such changes but is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or additional expenses. 8. Hotel & Tour Services * Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to each hotel's policy. * Hotels and tour operators reserve the right to substitute similar accommodations or services when necessary. * Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 9. Force Majeure The agency shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: * Natural disasters * Severe weather conditions * War or civil unrest * Government regulations * Pandemics or epidemics * Airline operational issues * Strikes or industrial actions Any additional costs incurred due to such events shall be borne by the traveler. 10. Limitation of Liability * The agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, and tour operators. The agency shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or expense caused by these third-party providers. 11. Customer Responsibilities Travelers are expected to: * Arrive at the airport or departure point on time. * Comply with immigration, customs, and local laws. * Respect local customs, cultures, and regulations. * Follow instructions provided by tour leaders and local guides. 12. Refund Policy * Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. Processing times may vary and administrative charges may apply. 13. Governing Law * These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. 14. Acceptance * By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation policy
MIZMA TRAVEL AND TOURS SDN. BHD. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other official communication channels. The following cancellation charges shall apply: Cancellation Period Cancellation Charge More than 45 days before departure Administrative fee only (if applicable) 31–45 days before departure 30% of the total tour/package price 15–30 days before departure 50% of the total tour/package price 8–14 days before departure 75% of the total tour/package price 7 days or less before departure, or NO SHOW 100% of the total tour/package price
